Stephen Barstow, author and life-long vegetarian, has lived just outside of Trondheim, Norway for almost 40 years. Out of necessity he began experimenting with growing food under challenging conditions, close to the Arctic circle. Today, his garden contains more than 2000 edible perennial plants and he offers us a glimpse into this magical world just outside his doorstep.
